About Integrated Wellness, Inc.

Forest Trees

Integrated Wellness (IW) exists to provide a safe environment for adults and children within the local community who cannot financially support needed mental health services, and to offer support to front-line workers in our community. As a nonprofit, we believe that service to our front-line workers such as the local police department, fire fighters, counselors, teachers, principles, and pastors is essential for the overall health of our community. Our services include a variety of intervention models supported through research including but not limited to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Family Systems Therapy, Gottman Method, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. Each of these models are adapted to fit the individualized needs of the person in treatment.

Additionally, Integrated Wellness believes in the whole system approach of the individual. In this approach, we believe that empowerment for change begins with the balance of mind, body, and spirit. Because of this, we address physiological and/or spiritual concerns related to the individual through direct communication with primary care physicians, psychiatric care providers, and spiritual leaders as needed. Through a comprehensive treatment strategy, the individual will hopefully be empowered to a well balanced and fulfilling life.
