Meet The Board
Dedication. Expertise. Passion.
President
Travis Groth
I was born and raised in Blount County and continued my education at Maryville College followed by Osteopathic Medical School at DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. During this time, I met my wife Jennifer who has since blessed me with 3 incredible daughters-Sadie, Clara, and Norah. I was fortunate to get a job at East Tennessee Medical Group as a Family Medicine Physician where I see newborns to geriatrics. I love my job as physician, but my other great passion is mental health in our community. I am privileged to serve as the current president of Integrated Wellness, which was created in attempts to reach the growing and much needed demand for counseling in Blount county. As part of the board, I am excited about the opportunity to serve the community that I love.
Treasurer
Joe Pitcher
Originally from Florida, I moved to East Tennessee in 2011. I specifically recall my mom asking what we
were running from while we were preparing for our “great move north.” My reply was simple. We
were running too something, not from anything. We absolutely love East Tennessee and are proud to
call this area home. Having obtained a degree in accounting from University of South Florida, I have
dedicated my career to tax and financial accounting. Working with non-profit organizations has been a
passion of mine for as long as I can remember. When not crunching numbers, I spend time with my two
sons, my two cats, and nature (as much as possible).

There I met the love of my life and have two beautiful daughters, Paisley and Piper. My entire life's work has been devoted to serving others through various job opportunities including Smoky Mountain Children's Home, director of ALPHA Learning Center, and assistant Principal at Eagleton Elementary School. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to serve as Secretary on the Board of Directors for Integrated Wellness.
Clinical Director
Stacia Chaplin
Originally from Illinois, I obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology while attending Southern Illinois University in 2011. It was during this time that my passion for service and mental health was identified while working as a Certified Nurses' Assistant and Program Specialist for two rehabilitation facilities. Following undergraduate school, I continued my education towards my Master's degree in Social Work while also working as a Family Based clinician in Chambersburg, PA. After three years living and working in PA, I moved back to the Midwest to be closer to family. There, I worked within the field of Addictions Treatment and Community Mental Health for Children and Youth Services. In 2018, my husband and I made the move to Maryville, TN to begin the journey of raising a family. It was at this time that I acquired licensure for Clinical Social Work in the beautiful state of Tennessee. I believe my purpose in life is to love and to serve humanity through the role of Mental Health Provider with emphasis on mind, body, and spirit. My passion is to provide care that is non-judgmental, ever committed, and humble to the power that lies within each individual.
